  • Maintenance of complete books of accounts by adopting holistic approach to accounting.
  • Preparation of monthly accounting reports viz., Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P&L Account, Inter-Company Reconciliation, Bank reconciliation etc from MIS perspective.
  • Bank management viz., processing and uploading vendor / employee payments, processing statutory payments within due dates etc.
  • Preparation and Finalisation of accounts at year end viz., P&L Account and Balance Sheet with supporting schedules as per prevailing laws. These financial statements are prepared for presentation to the auditors by management for the purpose of audit.
  • Audit support in statutory audit and tax audit (as applicable).
