Mayur Jain

Mayur Jain is a Chartered Accountant and also has a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He has over 6 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Direct Tax and International Tax, Accounting and Audit. Mayur has worked in KPMG for more than 4 years in the filed of Corporate tax and International tax. In his stint at KPMG, he specialized in handling direct tax compliance and tax litigations, providing tax advisory services for cross-border transactions as well as routine and complex issues. He also has experience in writing books of accounts, conducting statutory and tax audits.

Harnish Nathwani

Harnish Nathwani is a graduate from Mumbai University and is pursuing Chartered Accountancy. He has over 7 years of experience in the field of accounting and auditing. He has done his articleship from N. A. Shah Associates LLP where he was closely involved in direct execution of various statutory, internal and management audits. He has also worked in the field of indirect / direct tax and is well versed with filing of GST returns, income tax returns and tax audit reports. He also has experience in writing books of account

Afshan Parapiya

Afshan is a graduate from Mumbai University and has over 8 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Tax compliance. Afshan has worked in Aga Khan Trust for more than 5 years handling the trust’s books of accounts which inter alia included project based accounting, fixed assets reconciliation, petty cash and bank reconciliation. In his stint at Aga Khan, he also assisted in Income Tax Assessment Work, Project Reporting, Budgeting and MIS. He also has experience in writing books of accounts, conducting statutory and tax audits. He has also assisted seniors in conducting statutory and internal audits of companies and firms.
